Siji Jiu Flower Wine
This flower wine collection reintroduces the ancient Chinese art of floral winemaking through a modern, globally conscious lens. Inspired by centuries of tradition, where petals were infused with wood, spice, and meaning, we created a seasonal wine series that allows customers to not only smell the blossoms but also taste and feel their symbolic beauty.
Each bottle represents one of the four seasons, brewed with season specific florals such as peach blossom, rose, osmanthus, and chrysanthemum. The intention was not only to preserve tradition but to translate it, offering blessings, warmth, and cultural memory through an elegant and contemporary design system.
We combined hand painted Chinese calligraphy with a clean sans serif Latin typeface to form a logo that bridges Eastern elegance with Western minimalism, making it suitable for an international audience. The color palettes were drawn from the emotional character of each season, while chromatic label effects and double sided printing techniques create a dreamlike translucency, allowing flower illustrations to float through the wine as it moves.
