Bentley Sonata Conceptual Speaker

Bentley Sonata is a conceptual speaker system designed as both sound sculpture and kinetic performance. Engineered for the Bentley Record Room, Sonata reinterprets audio delivery through a choreography of motion—precision belts, tensioned symmetry, and a mechanical rhythm that mirrors the act of listening itself.

Eight acoustic drivers are suspended within a symmetrical pulley system, creating a visual balance as refined as the sound it emits. Orange and black tension lines stretch across the structure, suggesting both movement and restraint. Each line carries intention. Each wheel is part of a greater harmony.

Sonata doesn’t hide its mechanics. It celebrates them. Exposed belts echo analog audio history while projecting sound with digital precision. The result is something more than a speaker—an installation of motion, tension, and form that transforms playback into presence.

This isn’t designed to blend in. It’s built to be heard, and just as importantly, seen. Bentley Sonata is sound, revealed.
